I started my salsa journey during the pandemic — a time when the world was craving connection, comfort, and flavor. With restaurants closed and family gatherings on hold, I realized how much something as simple as a good salsa could bring joy to everyday meals.
Some of my recipes come straight from my family, and others are inspired by the flavors I grew up with in Mexico. After being laid off from my finance job, I saw an opportunity to turn my love for food into something meaningful — to bottle up that home-cooked taste and share it with others.
Funny enough, the first thing I asked myself before starting was, “Doesn’t everybody know how to make salsa?” Turns out, not like this.
Making something so simple — and making it right — takes care, tradition, and a lot of heart.
